Intermediate: Learn how TDM programs align with theories of behavior change to empower travelers to improve their travel experience and be introduced to a growing suite of emerging travel options.

The TDM Professional Learning Series provides a foundational education for individuals in the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) field. The series is a 1-hour live, online course offered weekly and is recorded to enable participants to access after the live session.

This program includes topics such as designing and managing new TDM-related programs for a business, community or governmental unit; managing a functional TDM-related specialty area such as planning, marketing, management or policy; coordinating a TDM-related project within a transportation agency, such as a transit agency, state or local government department of transportation, rideshare organization or a related local government position; designing, managing, or coordinating similar other non-profit oriented organizations.

The Learning Series is offered at 3 tier-levels to appeal to learners of every experience level in the industry, including core, intermediate and advanced.

This package includes 30 sessions made up of 1-hour, live online instruction, interaction with other participants, skill-building activities, and interactive competency checks. After completing the courses, participants receive three microcredentials to share on social media.
